Al Stanford Price

Mr. Al Sanford Price, "Al", 59 of 35 Sandy Valley Drive, Clinton, SC., was called to his Heavenly Home on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Hospice Care of Greenwood.

Born in Laurens County, SC on September 9, 1957.  He was the son of the late Mr. Edgar "Sonny" and Mrs. Emma Lee Price.  At an early age he joined Springfield Baptist Church.  He attended Martha Denny and Bell Street Schools.  He graduated from Clinton High School.

Besides his parents, he had one brother Marvin Price preceded him to heaven and grandparents: Mr. Henry Price, Sr. and Mrs. Lillie R. Price and the late Mr. Johnnie Dillard and Mrs. Mary Frances Dillard.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories a sister, Ms. Charlene P. Miller, two brothers; Mr. Melvin Price and Mr. Eric Price, Sr., one niece, Mrs. Katina (Anthony) McGowan, two nephews, Mr. Tervon Miller, Mr. Eric Price, Jr., two great-nieces, Ms. Jakerra Price and Ms. Jantony McGowan, two great-nephews, Mr. Joshua Cunningham and Mr. Ji"Anthony McGowan and two great-great nephews, Anjavion Jackson and Jahious Cunningham. Three uncles, Mr. Henry (Mamie) Price, Mr. George Price, Mr. William (Levonia) Price, two aunts, Mrs. Minnie Watts and Mrs. Lillie (Eugene) Sturkey and one great aunt, Mrs. Effie Price and a step-daughter, Ms. Sabrina Simmons all of Clinton, SC and a host of other loving cousins, relatives and friends.
