James Henry Davis

Mr. James Henry Davis, 72, of 5 Hanson Circle, Apt. 49, Laurens, SC, was born on April 25, 1945 to the late Granvil and Linda Lee Sanders Davis.  He entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in the comfort of his home.

He was a member of New Hope AME in Mountville, SC and a graduate of Bell Street High School.  He was also a retiree of Prestige Subaru.

Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his beloved sister, Mary Ann Anderson Davis and his brother, Granvil Davis,, Jr.

Cherishing loving memories are two daughters, Rosemary Pressley and Drama M. Davis both of Clinton, SC; two sons, Terrance James of Springfield, SC and Christopher Cunningham of Greenwood, SC; five sisters Mary Lee Jones, reared in the home, of Cross Hill, SC, Mary J. Pulley, Christine (Willie) Tribble, Lula Mae (James) Irby, Bobby (Bobby) Irby all of Laurens, SC; eighteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, who he loved dearly, and other relatives and friends.
