Niakya Elaine (Johnson) Bulter

Mrs. Niakya Elaine Johnson Bulter was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 14, 1974 to Gary R. Patterson and the late Renee' D. Johnson.

She attended the public schools of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she graduated from Strawberry Mansion High School.

In 1999, Niakya became a mother to her only son, Nijel, followed by her twin daughters Niajya and Niabreya in 2002.  In July of 2007, she met and married Louis Nijel Bulter after which she relocated her family to Clinton, South Carolina.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Delores Johnson.

On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, Mrs. Bulter died peacefully at the Laurens County Hospital in Laurens County, South Carolina.

She leaves behind her husband, Louis Nijel Bulter; one son, Nijel Montgomery Johnson; two daughters; Niajya and Niabreya Johnson; her father, Gary R. Patterson; three brothers, Niquel, Nikeem, and Nicholas; six nephews, Nasir, Namair, Yaqub, Mekhi, Mykel,, and Neminji; one niece, Nayancee; one aunt; Victoria Maria Johnson; one great-aunt, Wilhemina "Aunt Pork" Mines; one father-in-law, Louis Bulter; One mother-in-law, Mary Bulter one sister-in-law, Kimberly (Nicholas) Walston, and a host of other relatives and friends who loved her dearly.
