Carl Curtis Kerns was born October 1, 1946 to William Lee and Mamie Ruth Kerns in Laurens County South Carolina. 

Mr. Kerns had a love for music and truck driving, which was his profession.

He departed this life on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial in Greenville, South Carolina. 

Mr. Kerns leaves to cherish his son Patrick Kerns; his daughters, DeAngela Kerns, Tracy (William) Thompson; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, a host of relatives and friends.
