Contessa Eaton Norwood

Ms. Contessa Eaton Norwood was born in Laurens County, South Carolina on August 7, 1970, to the late Ronald Hayes Eaton and Kate Ida Young Eaton.

She was educated in the public schools of Laurens County, South Carolina and attended Laurens District 55 High School. She was a member of Welcome Baptist Church.

Contessa was previously employed as a Manager in Retail. She lived life, but she loved her children, grandchildren, family, and friends the "mostest!"

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren: Ian Eaton and Brody Eaton; grandparents: Floyd Eaton and Janie Campbell Eaton.

On Thursday, May 22, 2025, Ms. Contessa Eaton Norwood departed this life at her home and entered Eternal Rest at the age of fifty-four.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her three sons: Roger (Barbara) Patterson III, Brandon (Brittany) Eaton, and Darrien (Aleigha) Norwood; her two daughters: Katie (Derrick) Bailey and Brice (Aaron) Brooks; ; her brother:  Ronald Jeffrey Eaton; nine grandchildren: Roger Patterson IV, Rajennae Patterson, Annika Patterson, Braylen Eaton, Isayah Patterson, Lanay Patterson, Jacob Bailey, Nehemiah Bailey: one step - grandson, Keevius Lattimore; ex - husband and friend, Tim (Aubrey) Norwood; her sister - in - law, Paula Bradford; and a host of other family members and friends who will definitely miss her dearly.
