Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (KJV) Miss Earline Davis, age 83, never married and had no children. She leaves behind her only living brother, Gerold L. Davis. Miss Earline Davis, formerly of Whitmire, South Carolina, found her reward on Monday, June 3, 2024, after a long illness at Centinela Hospital Medical Center, Los Angeles, California.
Born October 12, 1940, Miss Davis was born to the late James Davis Sr. and Marie Fant Davis. She received her formal education from Gallman High School in Newberry, South Carolina, and retired as a Registered Nurse after acquiring 3 college Masters Degrees from Howard University, USC, and Purdue University.
She was preceded in death by her siblings; six brothers, Samuel Davis, Hiawatha Davis, Joe Davis, James Davis, Jr., Robert Davis, Nathaniel Davis; four sisters, Louise Davis, Beatrice Davis-Lietzsey, Hazel Davis-Alers, and Maggie Davis.
Miss Earline Davis leaves a rich legacy of love and cherished memories to those who knew her. She lived with her brother, Gerold L. Davis in Los Angeles, California. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ, her church family, and immediate family in Whitmire, South Carolina. Miss Earline thirsted for knowledge and loved going to universities to absorb as much knowledge as she could. She was proud to be called a "lifetime student." In place of her children, she had two beloved dogs, "Prince" and "Big Boy."���
