Elizabeth Todd Williams

Mrs. Elizabeth Todd Williams was born February 26, 1959, to the late J.W. Todd and  Rosa Bell Todd in Laurens County, South Carolina.  

She attended the public schools of Laurens County, South Carolina where she was a graduate of the Laurens District 55 High School Class of 1977. She later furthered her education and received her Associates Degree.

Elizabeth who resided in Metro Detroit. She attended the Metropolitan Tabernacle and was employed as the Vice President of Comerica Bank in New Haven, Michigan for twenty-five years.

She met the love of her life, Nathaniel Williams, Jr, on September 11, 1973, and married him on August 22, 1977. They were married for forty-seven years together and together for fifty-one years. She was a military wife for twenty years traveling the world with him, which she loved to do.

Her hobbies included her love for Star Wars and Instrumental music.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Frank and Clara Mae Johnson and her paternal grandparents: James and Elizabeth Todd.

Mrs. Elizabeth Todd Williams departed this life at her home on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the age of sixty-five.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her husband, Nathaniel Williams Jr.; one son, Nathaniel Williams III; one brother, Johnny (Martha) Rice; six sisters: Rose (Willie) Young, Mary Ann (Bobby) Barksdale, Jeanette Todd, Dianne Smith, Annette (Richard) Young, Feleshia (Angelo) White, Shon (Fred) Richardson; two aunts: Evon Bailey, Ruby Johnson; three sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
