Ms. Geraldine Johnson was born in Laurens County, South Carolina to the late James Todd and Sallie Cunningham Todd.
She attended Sanders High School in Laurens, South Carolina.
After many years of employment, "Jett," as she was lovingly called, retired from National Healthcare in Clinton, South Carolina.
In addition to her parents, she was preced in death by one daughter, Sandra Westfield Fortson; her husband, Kent Johnson; two sisters: Yvonia Kinard and Martha Smith.
On Thursday, May 13, 2021, Ms. Geraldine Johnson peacefully departed this life to be with the Lord at her home in Clinton, South Carolina.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories, two granddaughters; Katrina Booker and Shunta Gary; six grandchildren; one brother, James Todd of Laurens, SC; four sisters: Lula (Charles) Tyler of Mauldin, SC, Nellie (Willie) Williams of Laurens, SC, Betty (John) Smith of Waterloo, SC, and Sarah Hill of Clinton, SC; three uncles: William (Mattie) McIntyre, Charles McIntyre, and Earnest Cunningham; six aunts: Dorothy Copeland, Dorothy McIntyre, Mattie McIntyre, Pearly Cunningham, Georgia Cunningham, and Vergus Todd; and a host of other relatives and friends who will mourn her passing.
