Ms. Helen Ruth Suber of Clinton, South Carolina was born on November 11, 1952 to the late Jerome Beasley, Sr. and Rosie Suber Davis.
She attended the public schools of Laurens County, South Carolina where she was a graduate of the Bell Street High School Class of 1970.
At an early age, Helen joined Flint Hill Baptist Church in Whitmire, South Carolina where she was a faithful member. She served on the Usher Board, The Pastor's Aid Ministry, Missionary Ministry, as well as the Smith Singer's Choir.
After years of employment, she retired from Avery Dennison in Clinton, South Carolina. She was also formerly employed with Ithaca Hosiery.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Howard Suber and Timothy Beasley; two sisters: Marian Thompson and Amy Worthy; and a special aunt, Henrietta Suber.
On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, Ms. Helen Ruth Suber answered the call from Labor to Reward at Prisma Health Laurens County Hospital in Laurens, South Carolina as she peacefully entered Eternal Glory at the age of seventy.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories, one daughter, Pamela (Reginald) Gaither; two grandsons: Clayton Gaither and Caleb Gaither, both of Charlotte, NC; one goddaughter, Ashley (Dirk) Clark of Clinton, SC; six sisters: Shirley Henderson and Brenda (Michael) Lemon both of Clinton, SC, Anita Beasley of Irmo, SC, Lorenda (Reginald) Rice of Whitmire, SC, Olivia Young of Carlisle, SC, and Georgia (Bennie) Wilson (cousin reared in the home as a sister) of Joanna, SC; two brothers, Jerome (Sharon) Beasley, Jr. and Kelvin Bruce Beasley; one nephew reared in the home, Jeffrey Smith of Clinton, SC; two sisters-in-law: Mary Beasley of Carlisle, SC and Sharon Suber of Clinton, SC; one brother-in-law, Ervin Henderson; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
