Deacon Johnny Kinard, Jr, was born July 30, 1940, in Cross Hill, South Carolina to the late Johnny Kinard, Sr. and Marie Floyd.
He attended the public schools of Laurens County, South Carolina and was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Cross Hill, South Carolina.
Deacon Kinard was formerly employed with KAHN Construction and after many years of service he retired from his own Septic Tank Installation Business.
On Sunday, December 19, 2021, Deacon Johnny Kinard, Jr. was received into eternity at National HealthCare of Laurens in Laurens, South Carolina at the age of eighty-one.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three daughters: Anita Kinard, Stephanie Kinard, and Michelle Kinard.
He leaves to cherish fond memories his wife, Virginia Kinard of Cross Hill, SC; one son, Johnny Kennedy Kinard of Cross Hill, SC; two daughters: Geraldine Kinard of Cross Hill, SC and Janice Pitts of Philadelphia, PA; seven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and a dear friend, Christopher Jones; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
