Karen Anitra Williams

Mrs. Karen Anitra Williams was born March 4, 1975, to the late Johnny Lee Shelton and Dorothy Williams Shelton in Laurens, South Carolina.

She was educated in the public schools of Laurens County, South Carolina and was a graduate of Laurens High School Class of 1993.

Karen was a member of Love Story Church in Greenville, South Carolina. She was a dedicated business owner who loved to travel the world.

In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her father-in-law, Willie Roger Williams.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, Karen entered into eternal rest at Jamacia Hospital in Queens, New York at the age of 51.

In addition to her mother, she leaves to cherish her beloved memories to her husband, Willie Williams; her son, Akeem Shelton; her daughter, Adaijah Simpson; her grandson, Amir Simpson; her brother, McKenzie Shelton; her sister, Sharon Shell; her nephews, Jaylen Shell, Brayla Shell; her nieces, Iyonna Shell, Briann Shell, Brayla Shell; and a host of other relatives and friends.
