Robert Mitchell Lee

Robert Mitchell Lee was born in Laurens, South Carolina on November 23, 1957. He was a son of the late Ms. Willie Mae Lee.

Robert attended public schools of Laurens County and was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church in Enoree, South Carolina.

He was also a retiree from the textile mill in Laurens County.

Mr. Lee entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at the Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina.

He was preceded in death, in addition to his mother, by two brothers, Richard Lee and Kenneth Lee.

Robert leaves to cherish many fond memories ; his wife, Debra Lee of the home; one son, Juan Grant; one grandchild, Jayda Grant; four brothers, Edward (Gwen) Lee, Sherman Lee, Curtis Lee, and Bennie Lee; one sister, Mattie (James) Neely; one sister-in-law, Kathy (Earnest) Grant; two aunts, Mattie M. Crisp and Ethel Peterson; one uncle, Bennie (Anita) Lee; a special nephew, Terrance Grant who was raised in the home; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including two special friends, Bruce Grant and Jessie Rice.
