Sandra Imogene Fuller

Ms. Sandra Imogene Fuller, daughter of the late James A. Fuller, Sr. and Mrs. Mattie B. Fuller was born on March 9, 1952, in Clinton, South Carolina. She entered into Eternal Rest on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at the DeKalb Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia.

Sandra was a graduate of Bell Street High School, Class of 1969, and Allen University, Columbia, SC, class of 1973, as well as Clark Atlanta University. She was employed by School District 56 for seven years. She continued her teaching career in Georgia for over 35 years. Sandra believed that all children could learn and if you were in her class you were going to learn. She had a love for all students and would always say "my children" or "my class."

Sandra leaves to cherish her fond memories a loving mother:  Mrs. Maggie Fuller of Clinton, one son, Selby Chester of Atlanta, Georgia, one sister, Mattie (David) Dillard of Clinton: one brother: James (Kathy) Fuller of Columbia, SC, two nephews; David Dillard of Spartanburg, SC, and James A. Fuller, III of Richmond, Virginia, one niece, Justina Fuller of Columbia, SC; a very devoted friend, Mary "Kitty" Talley of Stockbridge, Georgia, a special cousin, Predency Hill-Jackson of Lithonia, Georgia, and a host of other loving relatives and friends, all of whom grieve her departure, but rejoice that she is now resting with the Lord.
