Thelma (Long) Williams

Mrs. Thelma Williams was born in Laurens County, South Carolina on May 8, 1931 to the late William. Sr. and Emma L. Long of Clinton, South Carolina.

She attended the public schools of Laurens County, South Carolina.  At an early age, she joined Hebron Baptist Church in Clinton, South Carolina.  On June 27, 1947 she married the late Willie Williams.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Thelma was preceded in death by three sons, Timothy Williams, Phillip Williams, and David Williams.

On Saturday, December 7, 2019, Mrs. Thelma Williams entered into Eternal Rest at her home at the age of eighty-eight.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories, one daughter, Frances Harris;  four sons, William Long, James Long, Michael Williams, and Christopher Williams;  thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren;  a host of relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
