Mrs. Wanda Smith was born October 27, 1961 to the late Charlie and Wyoming Jones Smith in Laurens County, South Carolina.
She was a member of St. Paul First Baptist Church in Laurens, South Carolina.
Wanda attended the public schools of Laurens County, South Carolina where she was a graduate of the Laurens District 55 High School Class of 1979.
"Bug," as she was lovingly called, was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years at Whitten Center in Clinton, South Carolina and National HealthCare.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, John Thomas Wright.
On Thursday, November 6, 2025, Ms. Wanda Smith transitioned from labor to reward at her home in Laurens County, South Carolina at the age of sixty-four.
She leaves to cherish her fond loving memories to her son, Carlitios Juan Smith; her daughter Teqwanya "Joy" (Gerry Austin) Randall; five grandchildren, Uahmad Randall, Keadon Randall, Kessiah Smith, Jessiah Smith, and Ava Austin; two sisters: Cassandra Madden and Tammy (Aldine) Blair; two nieces: Rashunda L. Madden and Victoria S. (James) Cunningham; one nephew, Jonathan O. (Shay) Madden; and a host of other relatives and friends. other relatives and friends.
