Mrs. Wilhelmina Suber Williams was born September 13, 1942, in Newberry County, South Carolina to the late Raymond Walter Suber and Lizzie Hunter Suber. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She attended the public schools of Laurens County, South Carolina.
Wilhelmina was a member of Flint Hill Baptist Church in Whitmire, South Carolina. She was also a life member of the VFW Ladies Axillary #5932 in Clinton, South Carolina and the Women's Aid Society of Newberry, South Carolina with Delores Davis as President.
She served faithfully in the church as a member of the Pastor Aid Ministry, Usher Ministry, and the Kitchen Committee.
She retired from Greenwood Mill in Joanna, South Carolina after many years of employment.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter: Evelyn L. Suber; two sons: John L. Williams, Jr. and Elston Suber; one grandson, Mario Suber; one sister, Evelyn (Ralph) Henderson: two brothers: Oscar (Virginia) Suber and John Eddie Suber: and a special friend, Betty Ann Young.
On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, Wilhelmina entered into eternal rest at her home in Laurens, South Carolin at the age of eighty-three.
She leaves to cherish her memories to her husband of fifty-seven years, John Williams; her daughter, Cynthia Suber; three grandsons, Jermaine Suber, Terrance Gary, Elston Suber; six great grandchildren, a special niece, Felisa Suber; a sister-in-law, Annie Bell Anderson, and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
